Format:

    Advertisement should be either hard copy, Adobe pdf with embedded fonts, or
    Pagemaker 6.5 or later.

Terms:
    Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice.  Payment in advance is required for
    first-time advertisers.

Frequency Rates:
    If number of insertions is not specified on insertion order, each insertion will be
    billed at the one-time rate.

Indemnification:
    Advertising will be accepted with the understanding that the advertiser and his
    agency, jointly and severally, will indemnify and hold harmless the Missouri
    Association of Elementary School Principals and any of its officers, agents and
    employees against expenses (including legal fees) and losses resulting from the
    publication of the contents of the advertisement, including without limitation,
    claims or suits for libel, violation of right or privacy, copyright infringement or
    plagiarism.  The Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals reserves
    the right to reject any advertisement at any time.

Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations must be received before advertising deadline for issue (refer to rate card).

Production Charges:
    Any production charges incurred will be billed to the advertiser.
