ROOM INFORMATION: The Lodge has now gone almost exclusively to non-smoking rooms which will be good news to many of you. The group rate of $115.00 plus lodging tax of 3% and guest service fee of $6.00, which makes your total $124.45 per night. This rate will be honored until June 26. Even though your school district is tax exempt you are still responsible for the lodging tax and guest service fee. The room rate will be good for two days before and after the conference if you wish to extend your stay. You must contact the Lodge directly at 1-888-265-5500 to reserve a room. Be sure to mention the MCSA Educational Office Professional Conference to ensure the special rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  In order to receive a full refund, minus a $20.00 administrative charge, cancellations must be RECEIVED, in writing, by July 22, 2008. Any cancellations after this date will be charged the full conference fee. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
