Registration Fee:  $150 per person.
(Registration fee will include all workshop materials, breaks, and breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday.)

Join us on Sunday night at 7:00 p.m. to network with colleagues, make new friends and enjoy a fun evening. Monday's program begins with continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m.

Sunday Night Activities

Come Sunday evening at 7 p.m. to generate ideas for Job Alike sessions and join in networking through fun activities.

New Tuesday Format

Tuesday will begin with coffee and juice to be followed by the always popular Job Alike sessions. Brunch will be served at 9:45 a.m. Penney Rector's legal presentation and drawings for valuable prizes will end the conference at noon.

Vendor Opportunities

Vendors/business that donate $50 worth of merchandise for Tuesday's drawing will have the opportunity to display their waves and offer items for purchase.

With the recommendations of several past participants and input from last year's evaluations, several programs offerings have been changed.

Whether we're talking on the phone, meeting customers face to face, or working behind the scences, delivering adequate customer service is ofter a problem. Imagine a workplace where everyone chooses to bring energy, passion, and a postive attitude with them each day. An environment in which people are truly connected to their work, to their colleagues and to their customers. Impossible? Not at all.

Envision New Products for the Busy Office - This session will feature new products available to make every secretary's job easier and more efficient. Ken Miller of Abatek Office Outfitters will provide information about products from a wide variety of manufacturers.

There will be no session on Core Data or MOSIS due to a schedule conflict with DESE presenters.

Hotel

The Lodge has now gone almost exclusively to non-smoking rooms which will be good news to many of you. The group rate of $113.00 plus lodging tax of 3% and guest service fee of $6.00, which makes your total $122.39 per night wiill be honored until June 23. Even though your school district is tax exempt you are still responsible for the lodging tax and guest service fee. The room rate will be good for two days before and after the conference if you wish to extend your stay. You must contact the Lodge directly at 1-888-265-5500 to reserve a room. Be sure to mention the MCSA Educational Office Professional Conference (formerly Secretarial Skills conference) to ensure the special rate.
