About MCSA
Who We Are
The Missouri Council of School Administrators (MCSA) serves as the umbrella organization for three autonomous statewide professional associations representing Missouri’s public school leaders. The Missouri Association of School Administrators (MASA) serves school superintendents, the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals (MAESP) serves elementary and middle-level school principals, and the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals (MoASSP) serves middle and high school principals.
Together, the three associations collaborate through MCSA to strengthen and support school leadership across Missouri while maintaining their own governance, membership, programs, and organizational identity.
