Workshop Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be honored only if received 72 hours
(3 business days) or more prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations
will be subject to a $10 administrative charge. Cancellations received
within the 72-hour (3 business day) period will be charged full amount.
No shows will be charged the full registration fee.
Spring Conference Cancellation Policy:
Written notice of cancellation by fax or mail is required.
Registrants whose cancellations are received on or before March 1, 2008
will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. After March 1, 2008,
no refunds will be given but participant substitutions may be made upon
verbal approval from the MAESP office. Substitutes must be members
of MAESP; and if original registrant issued a school purchase order or
school check, the substitute must be employed by the school district upon
which the purchase order or check is written. Mail or fax notice
of cancellation to: MAESP, 3550 Amazonas Drive, Jefferson City,
MO 65109. FAX 573-556-6270. Allow 6 weeks for processing
of refunds. |
